Role overview
Manage customer relationships and daily operations while ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely attestation services.
Client growth and service
- Find and onboard corporate clients, including HR teams, recruitment agencies, PRO/typing centers, schools, universities, travel agencies, and law firms.
- Maintain corporate relationships with regular calls, visits, and meetings; convert individual enquiries into orders.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and corporate rate agreements; follow up on pending quotes and inactive clients.
- Generate repeat business and referrals, promote add-on services, track leads in CRM, and monitor competitors and market trends.
- Explain attestation procedures, document requirements, timelines, and fees; provide status updates and handle complaints.
- Check documents at intake and collect customer reviews.
Attestation operations
- Oversee collection, verification, submission, follow-up, and delivery of attestation documents.
- Coordinate with MOFA, embassies, consulates, notaries, the Ministry of Education, and partner agents.
- Plan daily submissions and coordinate couriers and drivers; monitor turnaround times and prevent delays.
- Maintain accurate records and safe custody of original documents; verify invoices, payments, and government fees.
- Stay updated on rule and fee changes and improve processes to reduce errors and delays.
Experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Pay
- AED 5,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
