Operational Strategy

Experience
8+ years in operations or business management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Education
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
MBA is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
Language Skills
English fluency is required.
Arabic is an advantage.
Mindset
You are results-driven and highly organized.
You know how to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and can lead teams through change with confidence.
