Senior Counsel - Litigation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and member in good standing of at least one state bar. Strong preference for candidates licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably including substantial experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Significant experience independently managing complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Experience with investigations, subpoenas or enforcement actions.
• Demonstrated experience managing outside counsel, litigation budgets, and sophisticated litigation strategies.
• Excellent legal and business judgment and the ability to communicate practical advice while balancing legal risks with business needs.
• Strong written, verbal, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Able to multi-task and handle a variety of competing priorities simultaneously.
• Well organized, detail oriented and a team player capable of working effectively and collaboratively with executives and cross-functional teams in a deadline dictated environment.
