- Develop and implement cost control systems, procedures, and reporting structures.
- Monitor project budgets, track commitments, and control expenditures across multiple construction projects.
- Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain budget compliance.
- Prepare detailed monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost control.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier cost proposals to support procurement decisions.
- Contribute to value engineering initiatives and cost optimization efforts.
- Ensure cost control practices align with both project and corporate financial objectives.
- ***Requirements:***
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction (at least 5 years in the UAE)
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and construction cost management software (e.g., Candy, SAP, or similar).
