Senior Corporate Communications Specialist
is a Group-level role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Group's corporate communication and branding initiatives.
The role supports the Group Chief Business Excellence Officer in enhancing the organization's corporate identity, reputation, and stakeholder engagement across all business units and subsidiaries.
The successful candidate will lead the development of high-quality bilingual (Arabic and English) communications, ensure consistency of the Group's brand across all platforms, oversee corporate website content, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful communication strategies that align with the Group's strategic objectives.
Corporate Communications
- Develop and execute Group-wide corporate communication strategies aligned with the organization's vision and business objectives.
- Prepare, review, and edit corporate communication materials, including announcements, speeches, newsletters, presentations, reports, corporate profiles, and executive communications.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and corporate identity across all Group communications.
Branding & Marketing Communications
- Safeguard and strengthen the Group's corporate brand identity across all subsidiaries and communication channels.
- Collaborate with business units and marketing teams to ensure all communication materials comply with the Group's branding guidelines.
- Support corporate branding initiatives, campaigns, and strategic marketing communications.
Digital & Website Management
- Manage the Group's corporate website content and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for:
- Website amendments and content updates.
- Content review, revisions, and proofreading.
- Consolidation and implementation of stakeholder remarks and feedback.
- Maintaining content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate branding.
- Coordinate with web developers, designers, and external vendors to ensure timely website enhancements and updates.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Group leadership and business units to support strategic communication initiatives.
- Coordinate communication requirements across subsidiaries to ensure alignment with Group messaging and corporate standards.
- Liaise with external agencies, media partners, designers, translators, and communication service providers as required.
Content Development
- Develop compelling bilingual content for digital platforms, corporate publications, executive communications, events, and internal communications.
- Ensure all communications are professionally written, culturally appropriate, and aligned with the Group's corporate image.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and promote adherence to the Group's corporate communication and branding standards.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative communication and branding practices.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- **Minimum of 5 years of professional experience**
- in Corporate Communications, Branding, Marketing Communications, or Public Relations.
- Experience within a large corporate, holding company, or Group structure is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing corporate branding and communication initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing corporate website content, revisions, and stakeholder feedback.
- Experience coordinating with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Must Have And Highly Preferred
- Experience / knowledge on publicly listed companies, regulatory sensitivities, disclosure norms / protocols
- Good to have:
- Experience / knowledge in construction or fit-out industry
- Experience working within GCC or Saudi-linked corporate environment
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in
- Arabic and English
- (spoken and written).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of corporate communications, branding, and marketing communications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and content management systems (CMS); familiarity with digital communication and design tools is an advantage.
