Senior Contracts Management Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
• Review contract terms, assess risks, and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and project management teams to align terms with company policies and objectives.
• Maintain client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships for smooth contract execution.
• Monitor deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
• Resolve contract issues and disputes and conduct regular contract audits.
• Prepare contract performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Keep current with contract management trends and improve processes and systems.
• Comply with applicable quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 15 years of contracts management experience, including overall responsibility on large-scale projects.
• Experience with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law.
• Experience in pricing, contract law, drafting, administration, change order negotiation, correspondence, planning, and scheduling.
• Thorough knowledge of prime contract management and subcontract formation and administration for multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
