Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant – Benelux & Switzerland
About The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant to join Halian’s growing Contract Division, focusing on the Benelux & Switzerland tech markets.
This is a 360, billing-focused role where you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across contract and interim technology hiring, working with leading enterprise clients, scale-ups, and transformation-driven organisations across the region.
You’ll operate in fast-moving, high-demand markets, supporting critical hiring across software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a contract tech desk across Benelux & Switzerland
- Drive business development and win new contract mandates
- Build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Deliver fast-paced, high-quality contract and interim tech placements
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contractors across the region
- Respond quickly to urgent and business-critical hiring needs
- Stay ahead of market trends, rates, and talent availability
- Consistently deliver strong billing performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment (technology preferred)
- Strong background in contract or interim recruitment
- Track record of winning new business and delivering consistent billings
- Confident, commercial, and proactive mindset
- Strong understanding of or interest in European tech markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by performance and earnings
