Senior Content Platform Manager

Role overview

Required experience and skills

• Experience owning or administering enterprise content platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, SharePoint, or equivalent.
• Understanding of content governance, content lifecycle management, and sales enablement.
• Able to translate business strategy and user needs into platform strategy, roadmaps, and requirements.
• Experience driving large-scale user adoption and change management.
• Experience with integrated technology ecosystems connecting sales enablement platforms to CRM, repositories, collaboration, and productivity tools.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills in matrix organisations.

Desirable experience

• Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services experience.
• Knowledge of proposition management, sales enablement, or go-to-market disciplines.
• Experience with content analytics, AI-powered recommendations, or search optimisation.
• Familiarity with digital workplace and collaboration technologies.
• Experience leading platform implementations or major capability enhancements.

Accountabilities

• Own platform systems, processes, procedures, and end-to-end client journey oversight, including business continuity and service recovery.
• Interpret local and group regulatory requirements and standards.
• Drive platform strategy and change, seeking solutions that improve client experience and efficiency while reducing regulatory risk.
• Use KPIs and data to measure platform effectiveness and improvements; report performance at governance forums.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and senior leaders; coach colleagues to improve delivery quality.
