Senior Consultant - Transformational Procurement

Qualifications
- Preferably has a degree related to one of the following; Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business Management or similar disciplines
- Previous experience in procurement transformation and/or sustainable procurement.
- Has achieved, is working towards or is willing to work towards at least Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply
- Security Clearance (SC) – currently valid or could be reinstated, not essential
- Wider procurement consulting experience gained from either client, contractor or other professional services organisations
- Experience of key sustainable procurement practices including human rights, environment, health and safety, anti-bribery & corruption and labour practices
- Strong understanding of wider ESG legislative and regulatory environments is desirable
- A history of delivering transformative procurement projects, especially related to cost reduction and category management
- Experience of leveraging digital tools as part of procurement transformations.
- Confident, independent and able to work autonomously with limited need for supervision
- Be able to manage work/business development/career development activities
- Be able to support the development of outline proposals and bidding collateral
- Experienced and confident in compiling reports and research documentation
- Be able to develop market facing eminence aligned to industry leading practices
- Confident in a client facing role and collaborating with stakeholders
- Driven to get results and deliver value to clients
- Ability to collaborate and lead workstreams to achieve desired outcomes
