Role summary
Senior Consultant responsible for implementing Enable products within customer environments in a chosen domain.
Leads implementation, onboarding, and adoption across discovery, design, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live.
Responsibilities
- Deliver implementations aligned with customer business requirements and the agreed scope of work.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues with Enable support teams and help manage product issues.
- Contribute technical and product expertise to project teams; share lessons learned, best practices, tools, methods, and learning resources.
- Coach associate consultants and mentor and support Success and Services colleagues.
- Identify customer training gaps and opportunities for product or service improvement and expansion.
- Manage risks, escalations, meetings, workshops, complex support requests, and incoming customer requests.
- Manage concurrent engagements and communicate status, risks, outcomes, and next steps.
- Support customer transitions from legacy systems and comply with company policies and required training.
Required qualifications
- Advanced ability to implement Enable software in customer environments and understand product capabilities and solution integration.
- Strong customer relationship, communication, technical delivery, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage time and multiple customer engagements concurrently.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing Customer Success or enterprise software experience is preferred.
- Related product or industry certifications, such as Oracle, SAP, or SQL, are identified as preferred or applicable as required.
- Experience with international cross-cultural teams is preferred.
- Experience with large datasets and familiarity with Python or SQL is preferred.
