We are sourcing on behalf of a top-tier global consultancy for a
Senior Consultant specialising in Risk-Based Supervision and
quantitative risk modelling.
🎯 What You'll Do
✅ Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) with defined thresholds
& assessment methodologies
✅ Build risk aggregation and scoring models for FinTech entities
✅ Design RBS framework components for payments, digital lending,
crowdfunding & tokenized assets
✅ Automate data collection & KRI computation pipelines
✅ Create inspection playbooks for risk-driven on-site supervision
✅ Deliver SOPs, user manuals & staff training
💼 What We're Looking For
🔹 7+ years in financial services risk management
🔹 Proven hands-on RBS implementation experience
🔹 Strong KRI development & risk threshold setting skills
🔹 Deep FinTech knowledge across multiple verticals
🔹 Experience with AML/CFT, operational risk & governance frameworks
🔹 CFA / FRM — strong advantage
🔹 Central bank or regulatory experience — preferred
📌 Engagement Details:
📍 Location: Doha, Qatar (on-site, full-time)
⏳ Duration: 12 months minimum and Extendable
