  • Looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, Azure, Power Platform and Power Automate to design and build enterprise-grade AI agents and automated business solutions Key skills required: Design, Architect, Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry. Develop agentic workflows with reasoning, tool/action invocation, human-in-the-loop and exception handling. Build Python/Azure-based services, APIs and custom tools for agents. Implement RAG, enterprise knowledge grounding and LLM-based solutions . Develop Power Automate workflows , Power Apps and Dataverse solutions as required. Integrate agents with APIs, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems . Design custom connectors and integrations across Power Platform and Azure. Implement security, DLP, governance, guardrails and authentication for AI solutions. Experience in agentic observability, evaluation and human in the loop implementations Manage ALM, CI/CD and deployments using Azure DevOps. Own technical design, development, testing, monitoring and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education - Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience Location and Way of Working: Base location: Bengaluru/Pune/Mumbai
