  • We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts to evaluate the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of enterprise applications.

Key skills required

  • Provide consultancy services on performance testing best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Analyze client requirements and design tailored performance testing strategies.
  • Develop and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter ).
  • Monitor and analyze test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct performance testing reviews and walkthroughs with client teams.
  • Work closely with clients to optimize application performance based on test findings.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement performance improvements.
  • Provide guidance on code-level optimizations and system configurations.
  • Create detailed documentation of performance testing strategies, plans, and scripts.
  • Prepare performance test reports and present findings to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Maintain documentation for future references and knowledge transfer.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on performance testing best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in performance testing.
  • Share knowledge and insights with internal and client teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on performance testing in project meetings and discussions. Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
