Responsibilities
- Advise customers, partners, and colleagues on financial and operational planning and analytics.
- Guide customers on EPM best practices and align solutions with business goals in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
- Recommend process changes and support customers through EPM adoption and change.
- Lead design workshops and convert outcomes into implementation concepts.
- Make decisions on data and solution architecture for Jedox implementations.
- Coach less experienced consultants and collaborate with go-to-market teams.
- Share structured customer feedback and product improvement ideas with Product Managers.
- Help customers realize and recognize value from their solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, controlling, accounting, or an operational business department.
- Business-fluent English and effective communication with C-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software for collaborative FP&A or other EPM processes.
- Project management or SCRUM-team experience is desired.
- Arabic fluency is a plus.
