Overview
The Senior Consultant is responsible for leading workstreams within consulting engagements, developing analytical insights, and delivering high-quality client outputs.
The role works closely with Managers and Engagement Leads to execute project components and ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute specific workstreams within consulting projects.
- Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and benchmarking activities.
- Develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable findings.
- Support client meetings through preparation of materials and presentation of findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Contribute to problem-solving and structuring of project approaches.
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables in line with consulting standards.
- Support knowledge sharing and development of best practices within the team.
- Assist in identifying additional opportunities within client engagements.
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
- Experience in management consulting firms (Big 4 or equivalent preferred).
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
