Responsibilities
- Define service offerings and growth priorities; maintain relationships with client companies and candidates.
- Supervise recruitment and profiling processes, review performance metrics, and ensure high-quality, ethical and inclusive talent practices.
- Manage brand positioning and guide marketing and partnership initiatives.
- Advise the team on tools, workflows and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Leadership and decision-making experience in business strategy or management of a service-oriented organization.
- Recruitment, talent acquisition, HR consulting or career counseling background and understanding of candidate profiling and job matching.
- Relationship-building, communication, analytical, time-management and self-organization skills; comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- Integrity and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring.
- Business development, marketing or brand management experience in HR or related services is beneficial.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience leading a business or function.
