We are looking for a Senior Construction Operations Manager who can lead complex construction operations while ensuring project efficiency, safety compliance, and high-quality execution across multiple worksites.

You will oversee operational planning, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support the successful delivery of major construction and engineering initiatives.

Oversee daily construction and engineering operations including project coordination, workforce management, contractor supervision, and operational performance monitoring.

Ensure construction projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to approved engineering and operational standards.

Lead and mentor project managers, site supervisors, engineering teams, and operational personnel.

Conduct performance reviews and support staff development initiatives.

Develop and implement operational strategies that improve project efficiency, resource allocation, workflow coordination, and construction productivity.

Maintain compliance with construction safety regulations, company policies, environmental standards, and operational risk management procedures across all project sites.

Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, consultants, contractors, and external partners to support project goals and operational requirements.

Track operational KPIs, construction progress, budget performance, and quality assurance metrics while supporting continuous operational improvement.

6+ years of experience in construction operations, engineering project management, or infrastructure development, including at least 1-2 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong experience managing large construction teams, coordinating complex operational activities, and maintaining high standards of project execution.

Deep understanding of construction operations, engineering project workflows, safety compliance standards, and infrastructure development processes.

Proficiency in project management platforms, construction reporting systems, operational planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent English communication skills are required for operational reporting, leadership coordination, and stakeholder management.

Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

You understand how to balance operational efficiency, construction quality, and safety performance while leading teams in demanding project environments.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
