Role Overview

As a Senior Compliance Engineer, you will obtain and Maintain product certifications of all SKM models in compliance to regional certification requirements. Ensure all certificates & reports are as per applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all regulatory certifications like MoIAT, QCC, MEW, QSASO, EWA, SASO, GHANA, OMAN, G-Mark, ECAS, ROHS, and others.
• Processing of ATEX/IECEX Certificates
• Assurance of the certificate compliance.
• Document control for reports and certificates.
• Checking EER reports from the SKM laboratory and suppliers to make sure that the models are complying with the regulatory standards.
• Monitoring of model’s certification for its up to date
• Internal QHSE auditing as per audit plan.
• Any other work assigned by QA manager, QHSE director and management.
• Management Representative in case QA Manager, QA Engineer not available for QMS audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Technical & application knowledge for the HVAC products

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in in relevant Air Conditioning field.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relations with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of QMS, HSE and other quality & excellence standards.
• Knowledge of product certification process
