We work with communities, educational institutions, humanitarian partners, and social development initiatives to create programs that improve access to support services, education, and long-term development opportunities.
We are looking for a Senior Community Development Manager who can lead large-scale community initiatives while overseeing operational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and program performance management.
You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate development projects, and support initiatives that directly improve community outcomes and organizational impact.
You are not simply managing programs; you are helping build sustainable solutions that strengthen communities and improve lives.

Community Development Leadership
Oversee daily community and social development operations including program coordination, outreach initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and operational performance monitoring.
Program Strategy
Develop and implement strategies that improve program effectiveness, strengthen community partnerships, and support sustainable organizational growth.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor community coordinators, operational managers, outreach teams, and support personnel.
Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with executive leadership, nonprofit partners, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations to support operational goals and development initiatives.
Operational Planning
Manage budgets, resource allocation, program timelines, and reporting systems to ensure successful project execution and organizational accountability.
Performance Monitoring
Track operational KPIs, program outcomes, community engagement metrics, and service delivery performance while supporting continuous operational improvement.
Compliance and Governance:
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, operational standards, and governance procedures across all programs and activities.
Experience
6+ years of experience in community development, nonprofit operations, humanitarian services, or social program leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.
Leadership Skills
Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating large-scale community initiatives, and maintaining high standards of operational performance and service delivery.
Industry Knowledge
Deep understanding of community outreach strategies, nonprofit operations, stakeholder engagement, and social development program management.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in operational reporting systems, project management platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Communication Skills
Excellent English communication skills are required for stakeholder coordination, leadership reporting, and community engagement.
Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Pay: QAR14,500.00 - QAR19,000.00 per month
