We are looking for a Senior Commercial Operations Manager who can oversee complex business operations while leading strategic planning, operational coordination, and performance improvement initiatives.

Oversee daily commercial and operational activities including workflow coordination, business planning, operational performance monitoring, and service delivery management.

Develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, strengthen international business operations, and support sustainable organizational growth.

Lead and mentor operational managers, project coordinators, administrative teams, and support personnel.

Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Support international business expansion initiatives, partnership development activities, and operational improvements that strengthen organizational competitiveness.

Collaborate with executive leadership, corporate clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to align operational goals and strategic priorities.

Track operational KPIs, workflow efficiency metrics, client satisfaction indicators, and service quality performance while supporting continuous operational improvement initiatives.

Maintain compliance with operational standards, company procedures, international business regulations, and risk management policies across all operations.

6+ years of experience in commercial operations, international trade management, business consulting, or corporate services leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.

Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating operational initiatives, and maintaining high standards of organizational performance and service delivery.

Deep understanding of commercial operations, international trade coordination, supply chain management, process optimization, and organizational development strategies.

Proficiency in operational reporting platforms, CRM systems, project management tools, workflow software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent English communication skills are required for executive reporting, stakeholder coordination, and international business collaboration.

Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

You are analytical, organized, and solution-oriented.

You understand how to balance operational efficiency, strategic priorities, and client expectations while leading teams in fast-moving commercial environments.
