About the Role:
Mangalam Coal and Energy Trading LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations and trading activities in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing contracts, optimizing profitability, and driving business performance in the energy and commodities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies for coal and energy trading
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage supplier, client, and trading agreements
- Revenue Optimization: Monitor margins, pricing strategies, and profitability
- Market Analysis: Track global energy trends, pricing, and demand dynamics
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with suppliers, logistics partners, and clients
- Team Leadership: Manage commercial teams and support business development
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in commercial management, trading, or energy sector
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership capabilities
- Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in commodities, energy trading, or supply chain
- Leadership: Ability to manage high-value contracts and commercial operations
