We partner with clients across business support, operational services, and commercial advisory functions to deliver measurable business results.
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager (m/f/d) who can lead strategic revenue initiatives, strengthen commercial partnerships, and improve business performance across multiple service lines.
This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo—you will shape commercial strategy, optimize contract performance, and identify opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
You will work closely with executive leadership, operations teams, and external stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives translate into measurable outcomes.

Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners while ensuring commercial agreements deliver value and minimize operational risk.
Revenue and Performance Management
Monitor commercial KPIs, identify business improvement opportunities, and implement performance strategies that improve operational and financial outcomes.
Stakeholder Leadership
Collaborate with senior management and department leaders to align commercial priorities with organizational goals and market opportunities.
Market and Opportunity Analysis
Assess industry trends, competitor activity, and client demands to identify expansion opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide commercial and business support teams, encouraging accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Experience
7+ years of experience in commercial management, business operations, strategic partnerships, or corporate growth functions, including at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership or decision-making role.
Commercial Expertise
Strong understanding of contract negotiations, pricing strategies, financial performance analysis, vendor relationships, and business development planning.
Experience
managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving measurable business improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills
Strong English communication skills are required.
Arabic language capability is considered an advantage for stakeholder engagement in regional markets.
Mindset
You are commercially driven, analytical, and solutions-oriented.
You understand how to balance long-term strategy with practical execution and know how to turn business opportunities into measurable results.
Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR28,000.00 per month
