Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Senior Cluster Facilities Engineer
with 4–5 years of experience to manage and oversee multiple facilities within a cluster.
The role involves ensuring efficient operations, maintenance, and compliance across all assigned properties while optimizing performance, cost, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day
- facility operations
- across multiple sites within the assigned cluster
- Oversee
- preventive and corrective maintenance
- for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems)
- Ensure all facilities comply with
- local regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements
- Coordinate with
- vendors, contractors, and service providers
- to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor
- SLA/KPI performance
- and ensure high service standards are maintained
- Conduct regular
- site inspections and audits
- to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and manage
- maintenance budgets
- , cost control, and reporting
- Implement
- energy efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
- Handle
- client communication
- and provide regular operational updates
- Ensure proper
- documentation, reporting, and CAFM system updates
- Lead and supervise
- facility teams and technicians
- across multiple locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical And Electrical Engineering
- or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in
- facilities management
- , preferably handling multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of
- MEP systems and maintenance practices
- Familiarity with
- UAE regulations, HSE standards, and authority compliance
- Experience with
- CAFM systems
- and reporting tools
- Excellent
- problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience in
- commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties
- Knowledge of
