The Senior Client Success Manager supports and grows relationships with property insurance clients.

Client success responsibilities
- Support client relationships from onboarding through renewal and drive product adoption and workflow integration.
- Connect client goals to measurable outcomes using ZestyAI solutions.
- Build relationships with underwriters, analysts, and product stakeholders and manage regular client touchpoints.
- Support business reviews and connect product usage, adoption, and outcomes to client goals.
- Monitor usage and client health indicators to identify value, risks, and support needs.
- Identify opportunities for deeper usage and expansion and bring client feedback to internal teams.
- Partner with Product, Risk Analytics, Data Science, Support, Marketing, and other teams to deliver a strong client experience.
- Collaborate with senior Client Success leaders on strategic client and team initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Client Success, account management, consulting, or direct experience in the P&C insurance ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills and interest in working directly with clients.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and usage trends, with organization and prioritization skills.
- Curiosity about insurance workflows, analytics, and technology; deep insurance expertise is not required.
- Comfort in a high-growth, collaborative environment and using AI tools to automate routine work and improve efficiency.
