Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years Professional Experience
  • Proven track record of selling complex advertising solutions to large-scale enterprise brands and organizations.
  • Experience in prospecting and winning net-new partnerships within the CPG sectors.
  • Strong educational background or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-time experience in end-to-end Enterprise or Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
  • Advanced skills in value creation and capture, with the ability to craft creative deal terms in challenging negotiations.
  • Expert-level storytelling ability, using data to quantify opportunities and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
  • Strong leadership mindset with a history of raising the bar for team performance and accountability.
  • Systems-thinking approach to managing a large portfolio of accounts and identifying market trends before they occur.

Responsibilities

  • For Canada-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is CAD $225,000 - CAD $250,000. The OTE includes a base salary range of CAD $135,000 per year - CAD $150,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of CAD $90,000 - CAD $100,000.
  • You may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
