Role Description: Fashion Client Advisor

As a Fashion Client Advisor, you are the face of the brand and the primary architect of the customer experience.

Your mission is to provide a seamless, personalized, and elevated shopping journey that goes beyond the transaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Personalized Styling:**
  • Act as a wardrobe consultant, offering expert advice on fit, fabric, and trends to help clients curate looks that suit their lifestyle.
  • **Relationship Management (Clienteling):**
  • Build and maintain a loyal client book by proactively reaching out regarding new arrivals, private events, and personalized recommendations.
  • **Brand Ambassadorship:**
  • Embody the brand’s aesthetic and values, serving as a living representation of the collection.
  • **Sales Excellence:**
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through sophisticated selling techniques.
  • **Visual Standards:**
  • Ensure the shop floor is immaculate, assisting with visual merchandising to keep the display as sharp as the garments.
  • **Product Expertise:**
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current collections, seasonal inspirations, and the technical craftsmanship behind each piece.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for a charismatic individual who is as passionate about people as they are about hemlines.

Professional Skills

  • **Experience:**
  • 1–3+ years in premium or luxury retail.

Experience

  • with one-on-one clienteling is highly preferred.
  • **Sales Prowess:**
  • A proven track record of hitting KPIs and managing a personal client book.
  • **Communication:**
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you should be as comfortable writing a "thank you" note as you are explaining the nuances of silk-blend tailoring.
  • **Tech-Savvy:**
  • Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software to track client preferences and purchase history.

Interpersonal Traits

  • **The "Fashion Lens":**
  • A natural eye for style and a genuine interest in the industry’s moving parts (trends, designers, and fabrications).
  • **Emotional Intelligence:**
  • The ability to read a client’s mood and adjust your service style—knowing when to lean in and when to give them space.
  • **Resilience:**
  • A positive attitude that stays intact during high-pressure sales seasons or when dealing with complex client requests.
  • **Adaptability:**
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
