Role overview
A globally renowned real estate brokerage is expanding its luxury residential division in Dubai.
The Senior Client Advisor will serve clients in the ultra-prime property market.
Responsibilities
- Represent luxury residential properties to local and international high-net-worth clients.
- Provide guidance on pricing, availability, and market trends in Dubai's top-tier neighborhoods.
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified buyers and exclusive listings.
- Conduct discreet private viewings and lead negotiations with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing, lead generation, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client records in the company CRM platform.
- Attend key industry events to stay ahead of market activity and client expectations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of real estate sales experience; luxury-segment experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of closing transactions at AED 10 million or more.
- Consistently meets or exceeds personal sales targets.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Deep understanding of Dubai's prime residential areas and luxury buyer behavior.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships and deliver standout service.
