Senior Civil Engineer (Infrastructure)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams.
• Manage project programmes, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Review technical design outputs and project documentation.
• Interface with clients, authorities, stakeholders, and subconsultants.
• Prepare scopes, fee proposals, programmes, and resource plans.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, risk, and ethical standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and digital delivery.

Essential requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure project delivery.
• Professional engineering qualification such as CEng, PE, SCE, or equivalent.
• Experience with multidisciplinary infrastructure or land development projects.
• Understanding of highways, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and civil structures.
• Experience coordinating design teams and managing project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness of consultancy delivery, programmes, and resources.

Desirable requirements

• Project Management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Experience with major land development, mixed-use, transport, or infrastructure projects.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC authority approval and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience.
• Arabic capability and BIM or digital delivery experience.
