Senior Civil Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License is required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices when public transportation is not available. Selected candidate will undergo a Motor Vehicle Records review.
• Demonstrated experience working on site/civil design projects.
• Experience preparing calculations and design documents (reports, plans, specifications)
• Specific experience in civil engineering and building development projects covering all aspects of building design – survey, design development, construction documents, construction administration.
• PE license in Civil Engineering
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, Arc GIS, Hydrologic/Hydraulic models
• Demonstrated experience in planning and organizing tasks and teams in a deadline intensive environment
• Experience working in large and complex projects/programs.
• Experience with Federal projects is a plus.
