Role Overview
Lead site execution for a major concrete bridge project in Nashik.
Manage complex bridge structures from foundation through superstructure and lead technical teams on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of pile foundations, well foundations, piers, pier caps, and bearings.
- Supervise casting, launching, and erection of I-girders and box girders.
- Supervise deck slab concreting.
- Oversee post-tensioning, including tendon stressing and grouting, and bearing installations.
- Ensure compliance with structural designs, quality benchmarks, and site safety protocols.
- Manage daily planning, subcontractor coordination, and client or consultant quality inspections.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience specifically in bridge, flyover, or highway structures.
- Strong technical background in prestressed concrete, formwork staging design, and survey alignment.
Compensation
- Salary ranges from ₹45,000 to ₹55,000 per month.
