Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise mise en place for service.
- Deliver exceptional food for restaurant and banqueting operations.
- Support, coach and develop junior chefs within the brigade.
- Maintain outstanding standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Chef de Partie , ideally within a hotel environment.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food.
Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Food Hygiene or Professional Cookery qualifications are desirable.
