We are expanding our partner ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and seek a Senior Channel Manager to drive growth through strategic alliances and channel partnerships.
Position Overview
The Senior Channel Manager will build, manage, and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem (VARs, SIs, technology alliances, distributors) across KSA.
You will be responsible for partner recruitment, enablement, joint go-to-market planning, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment through and with partners.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in channel development within enterprise software/DX solutions, strong relationships in the KSA market, and the ability to execute partner strategies that deliver measurable results.
Partner Strategy and Ecosystem Development
- Define and execute the KSA channel strategy aligned with regional revenue targets and solution priorities.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners (SIs, VARs, MSPs, ISVs, distributors) to expand market coverage and capabilities.
- Segment partners by capacity, competency, and industry focus; develop tailored engagement plans.
Sales and Revenue Through Partners
- Drive partner-originated and partner-influenced pipeline; co-own revenue targets through and with partners.
- Build joint account plans and territory plans with priority partners; run regular QBRs to track progress and remove blockers.
- Support partners in deal shaping, pricing, and negotiations to accelerate closure while maintaining deal quality and profitability.
Joint Go-to-Market and Marketing
- Create joint value propositions and solution offerings tailored to KSA industries & sectors.
- Plan and execute co-marketing activities (events, webinars, demand-gen campaigns) with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.
- Leverage vendor/technology alliances and distributor MDF programs to maximize market reach.
- Forecast partner pipeline and revenue with rigor; provide monthly/quarterly reporting to management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel/alliances or indirect sales within enterprise software, digital transformation, or cloud solutions; minimum 3+ years in KSA market.
- Strong network of SIs, VARs, and technology partners in Riyadh and across KSA; experience working with distributors and global vendors.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling partner ecosystems and delivering revenue through partners.
- Deep understanding of DX solution areas: Content Management, RPA, AI/ML, Data Management, and related services.
- Proven ability to develop joint business plans, execute co-selling motions, and lead complex partner-involved sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in partner contracts, rebates, MDF, and deal registration processes.
- Excellent communication, Arabic and English preferred; strong presentation and executive engagement skills.
