Job Summary
Looking for a Senior Change Management Specialist with strong experience in ITIL-based change management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management, preferably in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end change management lifecycle aligned with ITIL
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and governance
- Conduct impact assessments and oversee change implementation
- Manage CAB meetings and release processes
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and business continuity requirements
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in IT project/change management
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in financial/regulated environments (preferred)
Certifications (Mandatory)
- PMI-ACP
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- ITIL 4 Practitioner: Release Management
Preferred
- PMP / CCMP / PROSCI / Scrum certifications
