Job Summary
The Senior Ceramic Technician is responsible for handling ceramic dental cases from initial inspection to final finishing, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion. The role includes checking case readiness, performing ceramic procedures, reviewing work quality, and supporting the workflow for simple and complex restorations, including implant and full-mouth cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Review each case before starting and ensure all required information is clear and complete.
- Check the fitting and confirm the case is ready for work.
- Report any missing or unclear information immediately to the Department Supervisor.
- If a fitting issue can be corrected immediately, resolve it and inform the Department Supervisor.
- If the case requires remake or major correction, stop the case immediately and report it without delay.
- Perform ceramic procedures including fitting, build-up, finishing, glazing, and sand blasting.
- Handle a variety of cases including single crowns, implant restorations, and full-mouth cases.
- Ensure accuracy in anatomy, shade, contours, occlusion, contact points, emergence profile, and overall esthetics.
- Review the quality of work before releasing the case to the next stage.
- Complete cases within the department turnaround time and report any expected delay immediately.
- Provide guidance to junior technicians when required.
- Support chairside adjustments in special cases when needed.
- Use and maintain ceramic equipment, tools, and workstations properly.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and internal quality standards.
- Communicate directly with the doctor only when specifically requested or authorized.
Authority and Limitations
- May provide technical input and guide junior team members.
- Must report technical issues, missing information, and delay risks immediately.
- Does not have authority to independently reject cases unless authorized.
Qualifications
- Background in Dental Technology is preferred.
- Strong practical experience in ceramic dental restorations is required.
- Good experience in implant and full-mouth cases is preferred.
- Good understanding of esthetics, anatomy, occlusion, and restorative finishing principles.

Working Hours
- 9 working hours per day including 1 hour break.
- Additional hours may be required for urgent cases and compensated according to company policy.
