  • الاستكشاف، والتصنيف
  • التأهيل
  • التفاوض على الأجور
  • والتوظيف التشغيلي للممثّلين والعارضين
  • وأصحاب الأصوات والمؤثّرين وصُنّاع المحتوى
  • المهــام والمسؤوليـات :
  • المسؤولية التشغيليّة والماليّة الكاملة على قسم المواهب.
  • وضع استراتيجيّة المواهب
  • من نستكشف؟
  • وكيف نُصنّفهم، وكيف نُؤهّلهموكيف نُحافظ على قاعدة البيانات محدّثةً وفعالة.
  • تنفيذ عمليّات اختيار المواهب من استلام المشروع الى الاختيار النهائي
  • التعامل والتنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان سير عمل
  • إعداد التقارير والتحليلات، ومتابعة مؤشّرات صحّة قاعدة المواهب
  • مؤهّـلاتٌ اضافيـة:
  • شبكةٌ شخصيّةٌ قائمةٌ تضمّ وكلاء، ومكاتب إدارة المواهب، وصُنّاع المحتوى داخل المملكة ومنطقة الخليج.
  • إلمامٌ بالأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة فيما يخصّ عقود المواهب المستقلّين، واتّفاقيّات المؤثّرين.
