About the Job
We are seeking a
Senior Card Product Management Specialist
to lead and drive the strategy, growth, and management of our card portfolios.
This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in card product management, portfolio analytics, and customer lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Saudi banking market, SAMA regulations, and experience in delivering innovative card solutions that enhance customer engagement and profitability.
Responsibilities
- **Product Strategy & Portfolio Management:**
- Lead the strategy and management of credit, debit, and prepaid card portfolios, including product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio growth initiatives.
- **Digital & Customer Experience:**
- Drive digital-first customer journeys for acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and engagement while enhancing digital servicing capabilities across mobile and online banking platforms.
- **Project & Change Management:**
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product launches, portfolio transformation initiatives, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations.
- **Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:**
- Develop relationships with payment schemes, fintechs, merchants, and ecosystem partners to enhance customer value propositions and card usage.
- **Leadership & Team Support:**
- Mentor junior team members and support senior leadership in driving cards business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in cards product management, portfolio management, or retail banking.
- Strong expertise in credit, debit, and prepaid card products, including product launches and portfolio growth.
- Proven knowledge of cards profitability, portfolio analytics, campaign management, and customer segmentation.
- Experience in digital banking, customer engagement, and payments ecosystem initiatives.
- Mandatory knowledge of SAMA regulations related to cards and payments.
- Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience within the Saudi banking market or GCC banking environment preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
