Senior Capture Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor’s degree in related field; 8 years relevant progressive experience with Master’s degree in related field; or high school diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant progressive experience in related field
• Current and Active Clearance
• Proven track record in capturing/winning programs across the DoD and Intelligence Community
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of U.S. federal Government services/solutions contracting/buying practices
• Direct familiarity with various acquisition pathways and vehicles (General Services Administration (GSA), One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS), ASTRO, IAC MAC, etc.
• Knowledge and experience with the Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) organization (now AAS), its key leadership, and procurement history
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, esp. at an executive briefing level demonstrated through written and oral presentations, development of technical papers, volumes, or similar products
• Demonstrated skills in all areas of business development including opportunity qualification, capture strategy, management and technical solution development, customer visits, customer relationship development, competitive intelligence, and team leadership, etc.
