Overview
We are looking for a Senior Captain Waiter (Arabic) with the following requirements to support our operations.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak fluent Arabic specifically in Qatari dialect.
- Previous experience in a Hotel/Restaurant or F&B business is a must.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience.
- Must be available in Qatar with transferable visa for urgent joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Waiter/Waitresses to ensure and maintain the highest standards of service to the clients.
- Interacting and assisting with customers by taking their orders and serving them food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Have full menu knowledge of food being served at site.
- Buffet set up and food pickup (A la’carte and Table d hote’)
- Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
- Daily store requisition and pickup for the department.
- Cleaning and hygiene of the dining and related work area.
