Looking for " Senior CAD Designer " from Jewelry industry
Job Location: Dubai, UAE.
Visa, Ticket & its departure procedures will be sponsored by the Company.
Salary: 7000 to 8000 AED Plus Bonus, other benefits.
Responsibilities and key skills
1. Minimum 7 years experience as CAD designer
2. Team handling at leaset Min 3 designers
3. Collaborate with design teams to conceptualize new jewelry pieces.
4 . Ensure designs align with brand identity, customer demand, and seasonal trends.
5. Monitor global and regional jewelry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
6. Work with CAD designers, artisans, and production teams to create prototypes.
7. Oversee the product development process from concept to final production.
8. Use customer insights and sales data to refine or discontinue products.
9. Ensure the collection evolves based on customer taste and feedback.
10. Assist the sales team with client data, follow-ups, and appointments.
11. Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
12. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
13. Track client engagement and recommend retention strategies.
12. Keep clients informed about new collections, promotions, and events.
14. Co-ordinate with production team and follow up the order to be completed before the customer deadline.
Good in English communication.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
