Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced VVIP Flight Attendant to join a premium private aviation operation on Airbus A320 and Gulfstream aircraft.
This role is designed for professionals who consistently deliver world-class service in a luxury aviation environment, ensuring exceptional comfort, safety, and discretion for high-profile passengers.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in premium cabin service, with a proven ability to anticipate guest needs, manage inflight service seamlessly, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and safety.
Requirements
- Experience on Airbus A320 family
- Strong background in Business Class or First Class service; VVIP or private aviation experience is highly desirable
- Minimum college-level education
- Medically fit as per aviation regulatory standards
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, and comprehension)
- Currently based in the UAE
- Flexible, proactive, and service-driven mindset
- Strong commitment to safety and service excellence
Benefits
- Monthly salary: AED 10,000 (based on experience)
- Per diem: AED 550 per night (for outstation duties)
