• es⚡ Developing and extending trading algorithms within the live syst

• 8+ years in C++ (10+ total software dev experience) 3+Years for junior to mid

• Real scar tissue from high-load, low-latency systems, not just system design intervi

• You can talk DSA and design patterns without reaching for a textb

• Network protocols you actually understand, Websockets/FIX/Kafka is a big p
• lus
• Financial markets or HFT exposure; bonus points if you've built trading strategies yourself
• You can debug a production fire at 3 am and explain root cause calmly the next morn
• ing
• Comfortable owning a technical initiative end to end, spec to deployment, no hand-hold
• ing
