Senior C++ engineer - low latency trading
Compensation - $250,000 USD base
You will join a research‑driven, technology‑first trading organization that prioritizes platform quality as much as raw speed.
The engineering culture is collaborative and ownership‑oriented: teams build the frameworks and infrastructure that enable systematic trading at scale.
Responsibilities
Build ultra-low latency C/C++ services for trading and market data
Work closely with traders and researchers to bring models into production
Profile, benchmark, and push systems to meet strict latency goals
Mentor teammates, contribute to hiring, and champion engineering best practices
Essentials
Expert in C/C++ with 4+ years in latency-sensitive systems
Deep command of Linux kernel, OS internals, and hardware-level tuning
Strong grasp of network protocols and high-performance I/O
A track record of staying put - engineers who go deep, not wide
