Senior Business Systems Analyst, Global Quality Systems

Role overview

Location and schedule

• Based at Delta Park, Fareham, UK; works on site five days per week.
• Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Understand business issues and data challenges; identify solutions to operational and transaction-processing problems.
• Document and review requirements, specifications, processes, and recommendations.
• Develop functional and system design specifications for systems, interfaces, processes, and requirements.
• Assess local and global system-development proposals and advise management on impacts.
• Provide functional expertise and resolve issues beyond key users' knowledge.
• Communicate best practices and manage Quality Management system projects.

Required experience and education

• Detailed user knowledge and experience of Quality Management processes and systems across several major functional areas.
• Direct experience in Manufacturing, QA, or another production environment.
• Extensive proven Quality Management Systems experience; Agile PLM experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Quality Systems and manufacturing.
• High IT literacy and Project Management Life Cycle experience.
• Competence with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio.

Knowledge and skills

• Experience in application programming, database, and system design; knowledge of Internet, Intranet, Extranet, and client/server architectures.
• Experience with Oracle Agile PLM and Veeva Quality, or equivalent Quality systems; knowledge of GxP validated systems.
• Can lead meetings, present information, communicate sensitive matters tactfully, and explain technical issues clearly.
• Veeva Quality module experience is preferred.
