Core responsibilities
- Define outcomes, clarify requirements, prioritize demand, and connect business decisions to upstream and downstream impacts.
- Lead discovery, current- and future-state mapping, requirements, functional design, and solution options across finance processes.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, records, searches, reports, dashboards, forms, approvals, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Translate needs into specifications and coordinate development, administration, integrations, and data migrations.
- Support close cycles; monitor critical jobs and integrations; diagnose and resolve financial, reconciliation, reporting, and performance issues.
- Design and validate data flows with CRM, billing, banking, procurement, tax, payroll, reporting, and planning platforms.
- Build controls, audit trails, reconciliations, and evidence requirements into solution delivery.
- Create requirements, designs, process and data maps, test plans, UAT scripts, release documentation, procedures, and support materials.
- Coordinate release assessment, regression testing, readiness, stakeholder communications, and adoption.
- Lead complex production-issue analysis, root-cause investigation, durable fixes, and repeat-incident reduction.
- Identify and deliver governed automation opportunities, including transaction matching, cash application, document review, and anomaly detection.
- Coordinate vendor engagement, maintain internal ownership of outcomes, and mentor analysts and delivery partners.

Compensation
