Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with concentration in quantitative or analytic field such as marketing, economics, business administration and/or statistics and 8 years' professional experience
  • OR MS, MBA or MHA with concentration in quantitative or analytic field such as marketing, economics, business administration and/or statistics and 6 years' professional experience.
  • Additional Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and to create actionable recommendations based on findings.
  • Significant business experience is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Mayo accounting systems, planning and procedures is preferred.
  • Must understand basic financial accounting concepts and be proficient in the preparation of financial preformats.
  • Prefer experience in the application of statistical concepts to business problems.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts including time value and NPV.
  • Operational proficiency using statistical and database manipulation tools such as SAS or SQL. Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or FACHE are strongly preferred.
