About the role

What you will do

• Partner with Pricing, Claims and Fraud teams, and senior leadership to identify and evaluate conversion and performance KPIs.
• Make data accessible to stakeholders and partner with Data Engineering to design and implement ETL processes where needed.
• Ingest claims data and monitor its quality.
• Monitor business performance, conduct ad hoc deep dives, and share recommendations with senior leaders.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Looker, Excel, and other relevant tools; ensure reporting is reliable, timely, and fit for purpose.
• Support forecasting and modelling that links commercial activity with insurance performance and business targets.

About you

• Insurance-industry experience, understanding of commercial and insurance metrics, and a solid grasp of claims processes.
• Experience as an analyst in analytics teams, partnering with business teams to report, analyze, and draw insights.
• Dashboard-building experience; the company uses Looker.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Strategic problem-solving ability and comfort delivering to tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, including prioritizing requests and setting expectations.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to individual and shared projects.
• Interest in developing analytics skills and using AI or automation to improve queries, analysis, and workflows.

• Hybrid working arrangements include office attendance weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on the team and individual balance.
