Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting for executives and business stakeholders.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial, operational, and commercial performance.
• Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.
• Develop BI solutions using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Build models, forecasts, and scenario analyses supporting planning, customer analytics, revenue optimization, operations, and growth.
• Monitor metrics for operational effectiveness, customer behavior, profitability, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on data quality, reporting architecture, governance, and automation.
• Streamline reporting, automate recurring analyses, and leverage AI-enabled technologies.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to executives; support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years in BI, data analytics, FP&A, commercial analytics, or another data-driven analytical role.
• Proven development of executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and BI solutions.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, ERP and CRM platforms, and large relational datasets.
• Experience in trend analysis, forecasting, predictive and statistical analysis, and business performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex data analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; organized, collaborative, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Automation, AI, and emerging analytics technology experience is highly desirable.
