Role

What you will own
- Build a pipeline of 40+ named operator, BPO/contact-centre, and bank opportunities in the first 90 days.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, and prepare commercial proposals.
- Respond to tenders and RFPs with technical-team support.
- Build reseller and system-integrator partnerships in three priority countries in year one.
- Provide weekly pipeline and forecast reports to the CEO.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 7 years of B2B new-business sales to telecom operators, BPOs, or banks.
- An existing network of decision-makers in Africa, the GCC, or India.
- Hands-on tender/RFP and enterprise procurement experience.
- Comfort selling software platforms to CXO and department-head audiences.
- Fluent English; French or Swahili is advantageous.
Compensation
- Monthly base salary plus performance commission on contract value.
- Listed pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
Location and work arrangement
- The description states Dubai-based or remote within the GCC/Africa.

- Approximately 30% travel.
