Senior Business Development Manager (Service Solutions)

Job Summary

What You'Ll Do

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in facilities management, engineering, and technical services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Lead the full sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
• Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline with regular reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within service solutions, engineering, or facilities management
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
