Senior Business Development Manager (Service Solutions)
About This Role
Job Summary:
FUTEC Services LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Qatar’s service solutions sector. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in building client relationships, closing high-value deals, and leading strategic growth initiatives across facilities management and engineering services.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in facilities management, engineering, and technical services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Lead the full sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline with regular reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within service solutions, engineering, or facilities management
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
