Acquire Dubai holiday-home properties and grow the company's portfolio by building relationships with property owners and investors.
The role is with the Holiday Homes team and focuses on Dubai holiday homes and short-term rentals.
Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new holiday-home properties.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, existing contacts, and market activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and investors.
- Meet owners and present holiday-home management services.
- Advise owners on short-term rental opportunities based on their objectives.
- Negotiate and close holiday-home management agreements.
- Manage acquisitions from lead generation through signed agreement and onboarding.
- Work with Operations and Reservations on property launches.
- Maintain an active pipeline and achieve acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Dubai holiday homes or short-term rentals.
- Proven holiday-homes business development or property acquisition experience.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai short-term rental market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, closing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of owner expectations, rental returns, and holiday-homes operations.
- An existing Dubai property-owner or investor network is highly preferred.
- Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded.
Compensation
- AED 5,000 basic salary per month plus 1% commission on annual rental value.
- Commission is uncapped and linked to portfolio growth.
Working schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Two Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

- Work location is in person.
